Our Farm

We are a delightful hill farm at an altitude of 780 metres on the western end of the Montagne Noire in Department Tarn, enjoying peace and solitude. Most importantly we are south facing with magnificent views of the Pyrenees Mountains stretching away towards the Mediterranean to our east and the Atlantic to our west.

We received in 2014 AB certification from Ecocert specifically for rearing beef cattle for the sale of beef direct to customers. The growth of our cattle is only with completely natural grass and weed and our own made hay and no chemicals are used in any capacity.

This original natural technique of farming provides a completely sustainable cycle while benefiting many natural wildlife species, that we are intent on developing.
